What does unframe do?

unframe is an integrated service that provides professional product photos powered by artificial intelligence (AI), based on the images you provide. We also manually curate, design and perform post-processing to ensure quality.

Will the images be true to product?

We can guarantee that packaging images will be true to product as represented in the images you supply. This includes text, shape and dimensions of product, as long as they are represented as so in your provided images. For fashion, furniture, or other product photography that does not fall under packaging photography, please expect a possible 5-15% variance in your product representation.

How do I sign up?

For a single photoshoot, click 'Book' on our site and begin uploading your images along with your email, and any notes you'd like the team to know when creating the product images. Next, you'll be taken to a payments page. Once paid, we will reach out to you via email to acknowledge receipt, or follow up with clarifications (if any).

What type of images do you accept?

We accept JPG and PNG with a resolution of between 500-1024 pixels. The dimensions don't matter. Include all images you have of the product in various angles, settings, and background if you have them.

Can I request specific styles or dimensions?

Yes! You can provide reference images or specific instructions during the upload process. Eg. EU/Asia models, lifetyle, studio, or white background shots, 3:4 resolution, etc. If the resolution is not specified, we will make the decision.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, due to the costs involved with AI processing, all sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds. During sign up you agree to withhold your right to refund for this reason. We strive to deliver high-quality images, but we do not guarantee any specific results. By purchasing a photoshoot, you acknowledge and accept that the final images may vary in quality.

Ok, so why did you offer a refund?

If we're unable to produce images of quality (in our opinion and at our sole discretion, for obvious reasons), we will issue a refund. We also reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case a refund will also be made.

How long does it take?

We do not guarantee delivery times, but you can expect to receive images for a photoshoot within 1-2 business days.

Who owns the images?

Once delivered, you own full commercial license and rights over your photos.
